I had a fantastic experience at Kaya Palazzo Mountain Resort. The hotel's luxurious standards, coupled with exceptional dining options, contributed greatly to my overall enjoyment. While the ski services and surrounding road conditions could be improved, the staff's helpfulness and the cozy atmosphere made up for it. Just be prepared for some additional costs for activities and services.
